- We do not offer returns or refunds for customized products once the order has been placed.
- Please double-check your customization details before finalizing your order.
2. Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Products
We are committed to delivering high-quality products, but in the rare event that:
- The product arrives damaged or
- A wrong item is delivered,
We will accept returns and provide a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
- The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
